Returns
For all returns and exchanges, please email info@luzortiznewyork.com to start the return process.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on all unworn jewelry.
All sale and custom orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be credited in full, minus shipping charge. Please note customer is responsible fo shipping cost.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping
We shipped to all U.S locations and international. All orders are processed/Shipped within 2-7 business days, some pieces may take longer if out of stock. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
Once your order has been processed you'll receive an email with your order tracking number.
We currently ship via USPS & Fedex, for orders value over $150 a signature confirmation is required.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
We charge sales tax for all orders within the state of New York.
Please know some countries may charge local taxes, duties or customs.
These are not included in your purchase and are to be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for these services, we have no control of customs processing charges.

We offer secure online ordering through PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay.
Jewelry Care
Our pieces are handmade and hand finished, therefore delicate in nature. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity and appearance.
Do not swim, shower in your jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible.
Do not clean your jewelry with chemicals, instead gently wipe clean using the provided polishing cloth and use our anti-tarnish pouch for traveling.
The Micron gold plating is 2.5-3 layers of 18K gold that gradually wears off with time, giving the appearance that it has faded.
Everyday or very frequent wear, can speed up the process, especially on items like rings and bracelets, which have more frequent contact with surfaces.
We use only natural stones (semi precious) therefore delicate in nature and sometimes more fragile than others.
Natural stones vary in color and all have different characteristics. Be gentle and wear with care.
Privacy Policy
We value our customers and respect your privacy. We will not sell, trade or share any information you supply
to us with a 3rd party either from transactions on this website or signing up for our guest list.
